4. How much luggage can I take with me?
– Standard: up to 2 suitcases + hand luggage per passenger.

– For additional or oversized luggage (e.g., bicycles, skis), we will reserve a larger vehicle. Additional charges apply depending on the size of the vehicle.
5. What happens in case of delays?
Our driver will wait for you at the agreed pick-up location for a maximum of 15 minutes. You can extend the waiting time by calling our headquarters at +49 30 585827280 and submitting a request.

8. What happens if my destination changes at short notice?
If your destination changes at short notice, please inform the driver immediately after boarding. We will adjust the route immediately and calculate the fare based on the actual distance traveled.
9. Can I change the destination during the ride?
Yes. Please inform the driver of your new destination directly in the vehicle. You will then be billed based on the actual distance and time traveled.
10. Do you have your own booking platform?

No, booking requests can only be made by email, telephone or Contact form .

11. Do you offer corporate or event rates?
– Yes, we have individual framework agreements and fixed contact persons.

– Volume discounts and monthly billing possible.

12. Can I order a child seat or baby carrier?
– Yes, we provide child seats (up to 12 years/up to 36 kg) or baby carriers free of charge upon request.

– Please state the child’s age or weight when booking.
13. Are pets allowed?
– Small pets (in a carrier) are free of charge.

- Large animals are generally not allowed to travel without a transport box. Exception: Your pet is in a sturdy, enclosed transport box that can be securely fastened in the trunk or back seat.
14. What should I do if my luggage or personal belongings are lost?
